This particular spot is taken along a famous hiking trail called "the Narrows". It is downstream of orderville junction and the most photographed wallstreet section. I had to stand in a middle of Virgin River and finger-crossed that my tripod stayed still. The flow was about 60 cubic feet per second, which was not bad. But the water temperature was 6C, which was somewhat killing my legs when I had to stand facing a strong flow for 10-15 minutes to get the shot.
Aside from a torture, it was very fun shooting at the Narrows. I definitely wanna go back again if I had chance. Autumn (early Nov) is my favorite time of the year.
