Proxy Creek

This is a beautiful shot. I love the composition. It balances the lower rocks and the log perfectly and draws the viewers eye down to the smaller waterfall at the base of the image. Personally i would have loved to either see the top of the waterfall - making the image longer. Or cover over that brown from the rocks in the top centre. While the colours compliment the log i find it distracts a little from the water. However it does add to the depth of the image, so its entirely a personal preference. I love the vibrant colours and the way the water flows down the image as you follow it. All in all a beautiful, well designed image. Bravo!
