This picture just make me cold looking at it. Really like how that one strip of light is touching the mountain.

Wonderful shot. I like the light, and the sharpness of the reflection.

Cathedral beach?

I was just there and posted a couple pics of a very similar scene of my own. Hopefully I can go back again at some point soon.

This is very well done, did you do exposure blending?

I think your photo were taken at different side of a river. Your angle is better. I really like it. I did exposure blending too.

Thanks so much, yours is also quite nice, plus I always love to see other photographers takes on shots I have done.

I tried so hard to get a whole El Capitan in a shot cuz I stood too close to the Capitan. I have 16mm but it was not enough and I need to borrow 14-24 from my friend :).

Looks like you did fine there, or did you mean with the reflection too? I was using a 10mm lens on a 1.6 crop for my shot. Are you using full frame?

It was hard for me to get the capitan and its reflection. Yes I use full frame :)

Thanks! It was great but I expected to see more snow cover. Maybe I will go there again next month :)
